When you send screenshot to SRO forum when will it come to gallery?

Now I got another Question: Above some players avatar picture thre is New Member text (Like Me) but someone have Elite Member or Regular Member or Veteran Member so how do you get that? just post enough?

And: Is Screenshot counted as one post?

Yes, it's based on post count, as described here. However, post count isn't all that important, and it's frowned upon if one makes worthless posts just to get his post count up.
