New Rule Suggestion.

I think there needs to be a new rule added to SRF.

That goes something like this:

Users who start a topic about an already banned ex-member of SRF will get a warning/ban depending on the situation.

Give or take.

It's retarded how many spam topics have been created about NB even when she's already been banned. Something needs to be done.
