Because apparently finding a Sticky, has proven to be quite the challenge:

- You can't start your own topics in General Discussion unless you have more than 15 posts.
- You can't participate in the Exposed Botters forum unless you have 75 posts or more and your account is 14 days old or more.
- You cannot post on the board until 24 hours after registering.

I noticed. Thought I locked it yesterday, oh well. It's locked now.
