I Cant Acsess The Silkroad Online Website

i try getting on the website because there is a new user agreement thing and i want to play but for about 7 hours i have had this error when i try and go on the website :
Can someone please help me i need to get on to the website and play !

it has been like that for about 7 hours !!!!! thats not normal ! but now i can go on the site but it dont work properly !

Probably all related to the inspection, again, be patient, most companies (especially JM) don't have things up and running quickly.
