IMAO = In My Arrogant Opinion, or perhaps In My Asinine Opinion, although neither of these expansions fit the context of the acronym BlackFox used.

On the other hand, I am guessing that it is the manifestation of individuals' misconception that the [L] in "lmao" is an uppercase [I].
