Reason: Some members just flood the forums with nonsense topics. If this would get implanted everybody would just notice it on the karma/reputation if it's even worth to read it.

People double/triple/... post a lot, saying it's lag. A larger post delay would just prevent it. And can you type something in less than 30 seconds/1 minute? Sure, something like 'rofl', 'lol' etc, which my be considered just as spam or 'bump'. You probably just miss understood me.

How could reputation get abused? You could easily check why a user gave someone positive or negative reputation. On the user profile you might see a table like this:

What's wrong with that? You can clearly see what the reputation has been given for. So I'd have +1/-0, ignoring the 2 nonsense reputations.

I think a feature should be added.

One that lets you view the screen shots you have submitted
and see what they've been rated. As it's a bit hard to search
through the gallery looking for yours, especially when it's
ever growing.

Well, if it's not (in your opinion) physically possible to reply to 2 posts in 30 seconds, why make that addition? And also, many people (I guess) open many tabs with threads they want to read, so sometimes it takes less then 30 seconds to do it.

If you have Firefox just hold down and click the link or click the middle mouse button. That will open a new tab.
