Help?!?! Where Can We Get It?

I'm new to the game and to this forum. But I've noticed that there are lots of problems with this game and even I have one. And I was wondering If anyone in this forum even can help others with there problems, I looked around the Technical Problems Thread and I see losts of Posts of how their game is screwed up, and no responses have answered their problems. Most replies are asking another question, beating around to nothing, or just No Replies. So I was wondering If anyone can help with these technical issues?

Anyone here who can give you help will post in your tech thread. If nobody posts, either nobody knows or you need to wait a little longer. We are not officially affiliated with Joymax or Silkroad Online and we don't know how to fix every bug. If you don't get an answer here, try another forum or try asking on the official site.

plenty of those unanswered help threads are repeats, and the answer has been buried in the back pages under a mass of its clones
