Skill Point Farming

I have questions about farming Skill Points for my 17 lvl Spear + Cold and Wearing Garment Character.
Server: Persia

So im lvl 17 Spear + Cold with Garment and i'd like to farm 500 SP, where should i go for it if im not going to use silk items (like pets or Skill Tickets)
