Has anyone played/got this game yet? I'm getting mixed reviews for it.. is it worth the money to buy?

Also anyone know the estimated gameplay time for the whole game?

Heard many different opinions from people; some loved the game, others hated it.

I played the Demo and I liked it alot. (Loved throwing things at the Storm Troopers >:3)
However, I'm not sure if I'll get it just yet.
If you liked the Demo, like Star Wars and the gameplay, you can try rent it first and if you're sure you really like it, go buy.

If you're true Star Wars fan - get it.
I'm a Star Wars fan too and i've just finished the game.Few things to say - i found this game pretty boring.Well yeah,the beginning is interesting but after a while it gets too repetitive.I'm never going to play this game again

Boy, let me tell you what. The story sounds like it was pulled off of fanfiction.net.

I just rented it for 8 bucks at blockbuster, its a SP game, not worth the 65 bucks..

Anyways I'm about 80% done with the game, and basically its not EPIC but it doesn't suck. It reminded me of assassin's creed.. the repetive factor.. The gameplay is fun, I enjoyed force powers but it seemed like it need more. I want force pull, mind trick, or jedi rage like they had in the Raven Star Wars games.

So far, the game gets a 8/10 outta me.

9 hours of gameplay.
Shit game aswell.

Well, I played the demo and I was amazed. Anyway a important point is for which system your actually getting it? The Wii would entertain you more, since you actually would "feel" using a saber and it has multiplayer. The PS3 would amaze you with the new engine and graphic and the 360 one simply sucks ( HAHA ). Your choice

i bought the game on tuesday , just beat it last night , had to use some online help for a couple of the missions , but i am hooked on this game , the dynamics..cinemotagraphy..all the details of this game are awesome , althought there as only like 12-15 missions before u fight the emperor at the end , still

i would recommend it to anyone

That's why Xbox is the domiant system, and multiplatform games are pretty much ALWAYS coded from the 360 then ported to the other systems prior to release.

Better graphics for the PS3? That is just an excuse for the slower loading times becuase the blu ray laser goes as fast as growing grass.

To fix the loading some developers actually duplicate data on the disc so the laser doesn't have to travel that far, making the extra memory reduntant.

its not the blueray iv got blueray on my computer and its faster then my dvd drive

Game looks decent. I'm gonna get it for my PSP.

That is why portions of the game are installed on the HD of the PS3, so loading time is a breeze.

One big complaint about the game was the fact that there was a loading time to the force upgrade/lightsaber/costume menus.. That was annoying at times.

OT: My friend beat it and then all his unlocked items got deleted. Apparently other ppl have been having this problem as well and certain items you won't even get to keep unless you have as soon as you get it. My friend as well as all those people are probably not the brightest tools in the shed so i'll see for myself.

Anyway im currently playing it and its ok so far, never thought a jedi would have this much trouble though seems like everything in the universe is is potentially stronger than a jedi...

Its one of those hit or miss games, but most likely hit

I got this game for my psp, the graphics were shit compared to the other platforms obviously but the gameplay was pretty fun and all the force skills just made you feel like a total badass.

I got it for my PSP and I totally agree with you. The Apprentice's lightning skills are hot!

I have never wanted to own a console.

But I have to say, this game does like extremely fun. Wii, finally has a game that looks like its worth more than 5 minutes to play.

Have fun all who have Wii, game truly does look fun.

I loved the game. Sure, you can beat it by using the same few combos over and over, but that's true for 99% of the games out there. I had fun trying to use all the different combos. Once I beat it, I had more fun starting it over and keeping all the force powers. Weak little enemies that go flying at my whim? Yes please.

Game got a 9/10, and when I go back to play again, it'll be to finish unlocking everything.

Their reason for not releasing it for PC is Farking ridiculous..

Apparently you wouldn't be able to run their new physics with a low end pc.. and if they dumbed the version down the high end pc owners would whine about the shitty graphics.

While they make the game for DS, Wii, PSP and Ps 2.. I mean cmon

so its ok they dont care about money, and ignor the fact MOST gamers have a mid to high end pc, what person in their right mind plays games on a low end?

I have no idea, just don't see the logic in what they did :S
