Counter Strike Source Problem

Well whenever i try getting into a game, my latency automatically shoots up to the 1,000's i automatically go "connection Problem" then it kicks me out.
Im on Vista Btw on wireless internet. I have a cabel modem.

sometimes i get the same message, then when you "retry" in console it says your steam id is already logged on right?
just wait till it gets kicked then retry (so just spam retry in console) then you should get in the server again and wont get kicked out, works for me,
im not on a wireless so that cant be it ^^

This is your connection nothing to do with css.

Im on wireless and i have cable internet but that doesnt happen to me o.O
But i have noticed that there are only a few servers with ping below 100 and A LOT with over 100
