So I want to play WoW with my friends and a few clan mates in a private server they all go to and they set me up and tell me what I have to do and all and I start downloading the full version of WoW that is 3.16GB and at first it was downloading rather fast and it said it should be done in about 3 hours and every so often it would drop down to 2 hours. So after a while it just went all the way up to 46 hours and would just around to as low as 17 hours and back up so high it didn't even have an ETA. So I that got me wondering so I went and looked on all the computers in my house and all of them were off except my moms and she was playing a game on Club Pogo so I thought that it couldn't be that other people are using the internet that extensively such as downloading a game or something. But then I realized that later at night usually starting around maybe 11:30 or so my internet would slow down a bit and when I tried to do things for example message people on xfire I would get that annoying message about High Latency and I would also get lag on Ventrillo. And usually what I would do is just unplug my Ethernet for about 30 or 40 seconds and then plug it back in and that would seem to fix it but I still don't know if it does. I don't know but maybe my ISP slows down at night for some odd reason. And now as I'm writing this post the downloader has gone from 48 hours to 18 hours and back just during this sentence. If anyone knows of any information that may speed up this download or anything I don't really know but what ever it is it would be helpful.

Im gona be playing on Toxic WoW. And thanks for that article it seems to have helped but what I am thinking now is that not that many people are downloading it so that means I wont get as many peers as I was when I started.

I'm downloading it too. I'm going to play V.C.N WoW.

Cool and after 19 hours of downloading it finished!! Right now I'm downloading the first of 4 patches...

How fast did it go?

I was just on Toxic and it seems like they are having server trouble. They say it should be fixed soon though. Something to do with the host something blah blah
