something like combat arms but not combat arms because i'm bored of the maps, not warrock either but anything else is good and preferably f2p

What I do is turn my resolution and graphical details down. I get great FPS.

Exteel is a pretty good ftp shooter, but its not fp, and its mecha themed.
You only have to pay for some mech-parts if you want. The only problem is the servers are laggy, and some weapons are imbalanced.. but thats getting fixed currently.

i played it back at my dad's house and liked it but then i went back to my mom's house for school and i downloaded it but i get this gamemon error

Try turning off your antivirus maybe.. or setting it to allow "gamemon.des"

To explain: Most games were coded before Vista came out, these games normally do work on Vista, no need to worry.

well for free and good is Americas Army i played it for a while
also played wolf team and i gota say its freaking awesome except my 768k dsl cant take it even with only 4 ppl in room
