i am having problem beating this huge guy ,anyone can tell me how to beat him ?

What difficulty do you play on ?

How far can you bring his health down? There are two stages, and the boss is different in each.

Keep going around and shoot all the blue crystals out. After that keep avoiding that huge red flame attack. When he just does his regular attack use that Yamato attack (Purple crosses). Then he should crash down and lets you walk up to his chest. Use Devil Trigger and unleash your combos (Swordmaster) on his chest. Repeat.

Use jump Royal blocks. Use the invincible frames from your jump to jump into an attack and block.

the huge stone guy ,i only can hit his arm that hits the ground ,and thats it ,i can't do anything else ,i beated the old guy easy ,but this huge guy is driving me crazy xD

Something about these threads always remind me of the Grandma's Boy wedding scene... and I always lol.

Just keep trying to best him. And consider searching for some strategy guides on the web if you really,really can't win. (Though i consider it to be a mild form of cheating)

I remember playing Onimusha 2 on hard and fighting the Golden Statue,i must have died at least 23 times before i defeated him. (I forgot to keep some medicine and herbs so i entered the battle with 3 herbs)

Thanks. The game looks great indeed but considering i'm still climaxing of MGS4 and GTA4, it might be a while before i feel the need to buy DMC4.

the reason i got the game few days ago is it was released few days ago xD ,i don't have a ps3 ,i have the pc version.
