So, I was a hardcore TFC player back in the day, and before that UT99. When TF2 came out I was quite disappointed there were no grenades, but it wasn't enough to make me shy away from the game. When I started trying out the classes, I didn't really find anything too exciting... until I played Scout. It was like being back in UT... in TFC. It combined the best of both worlds. I had the power of the TFC medic, but could move like I could in UT (minus the dodging, but double jump makes up for it). So, I've been playing Scout for about 4 months now, and today I finally played a game I was quite proud of. I figured I'd share the SS with you guys, because well, I have to share with somebody Anyway, if anyone wants to play a game with me, I go by Forgotten0ne (as you can see in pic).

As a scout I piss off every class except Demo. Demos are my worst enemy. I piss off HWGAYS and Snipers the most, as they can never touch me. Sometimes Pyros can get the best of me, but I've gotten pretty good at keeping my distance. Yesterday I actually got a sniper pentakill XD

It's funny how most people don't realize the power of a good scout. Every game I get comments when I go on killing sprees like, "What the hell Forgotten? How are you killing so much as scout?", and I almost always get snipers on the other team bitching, or just switching classes

Actually, based on how a demo is played, and how a scout is played, I'm going to venture to say I'm better. Seriously... If you simply know what your doing (don't even have to be amazing), you should have a 4:1 ratio with demo. Scout on the other hand, in the pro world, says 4:1 is F*CKING AMAZING! Especially if you're playing Offensive/Support Scout.

Also, you're clearly playing a Linear Capture map on the defense side, while I was on a simple CTF map, which makes a HUGE difference (In TFC Dustbowl, I would have a 20:1 ratio with Demo). While your bomb spam is great and all, I'd like to play with you on a CTF map, like Mach4. Granted Demo > Scout in every way, we could same team race

I only play stock maps but I'll add you on steam. We'll play in Lotus server.

Tho those aren't my best games, I also like using demo. I can play almost all classes good except for spy, and scout.

A) Scout owns sniper every time. "Oh hi, you're sniping, but you can't hit me, and what's that? I'm now right next to you killing you with my scattershot in 2 seconds". Every game I have ever played, I am ALWAYS dominating the sniper(s).

B) I find it sad that scouts are so misunderstood because people don't know how to play them. All of a sudden they can't just run in and kill people with one shot without worry of dying instantly. Scout is all tactics, using your speed to your advantage. Running circles around HWGAYS, doing the 3 shot jump (shoot in front, jump over them, shoot down, turn around, shoot from behind), and just plain owning. You should play with me sometime, I can help you understand just how powerful the scout is

I kill Scouts all the time you just gotta guess a lot. That basically how I snip. I just don't see a lot of scouts tho. I also never said that Scouts are weak I just said it's not my class just like spys are.

Scouts are awesome, although I only play them at my cousin's house (fps on my comp is around 40~60)
Only thing I dont like is not being able to destroy sentrys and pyros coming out from corners mostly. Havent been playing now thuogh... kinda got tired of useless allies alot.. and I play other a few other games.

Scout pwning sniper? If you are a decent sniper, you will take out that little machine gun and shoot him in the head.

Ohyeah, I was a scout for a long time, now it just gets boring, so I play soldier
