Minesweeper - best record ever

Lately in my CAD class, its been getting really boring. im not a fan of minesweeper really but i like the challenge. so today i popped it open and started to test my luck.
This was my first try.
This was my second try.
I didnt use any cheats on this, just pure luck with some skill.
my friend next to me tried to beat my record by cheating, and could only do it within 8 seconds lol, sry but i dont got a pic of his record.
Bitch got Pwn'd.

There is no skill involved in beating it on beginner. Lets see your scores on expert.

I can never beat minesweeper I'm way to impatient so i just put it to 1 mine (or whatever the minimum is) and give it the most squares it can have
I still lose sometimes

I've beaten it in 3 seconds, I don't have the picture on this computer, but it's easy to get it on beginner, click anywhere, and to get the three second record, you have to be lucky enough to get the kind of map you got in your first picture, where you only have to click one more time to win.
I have beaten it on all settings except for expert, I came soooo close one time, but then I rushed it and died

Nor is there on expert because more likely than not there's going to be a time when you rely on luck.

A few months ago.. my seatmate in computer class got it in 2 quick clicks(faster than that). and I can tell you that it's PURE LUCK.

it's not pure luck, there's skill. The point is that each square tells how many mines there are in the 8 surrounding spaces, and by looking at their relationships to one another, you can tell where there are mines, and where there aren't.
Sometimes however, there are two possibilities, and it is luck, more often than not though, on a level past beginner, it's skill.

Use to play minesweeper a lot in one of my classes, along with warcraft 2 of course. Never managed to beat the game on expert but I played it a bit tonight and this was the closest I got to winning.
Took a 50/50 chance when I had no real moves left. There always seems to be the luck factor near the end since it's harder to get some obvious moves.

that solitaire record isnt good at all. Ive gotten 6408 points in 117seconds, no cheats.

Pic or it didn't happen. I've played since 2003 and never beat it.

To even qualify as an international record holder the time to beat is 70 seconds.
I was playing WIN 95/98 style and casual.
Solitaire on Win 2000/XP offers the possibility to put free cards automatically to the decks by pressing Ctrl+A or right mouse button, the times aren't comparable to those achieved with older Windows versions.
Tell ya what, play a couple thousand games and post your best pic, then tell me it ain't good.
