Im just hoping for a sale on CS:GO.
I've wanted that one for a while, but I can't justify buying things on steam without a sale :X. Might as well be going for hardcopies then.
Even if it's digital distribution only, that line of thought sticks :/
Maybe one of the trackmanias too

Anyone got other recommendations?

i'd pull the trigger on cs:go if it goes on sale too i think.
anyone know of any games that could potentially be on sale for the first time for this? or at least, a decent sale for the first time. 10-20% off hardly counts.

Maybe Dark Souls 2 will be on sale, if it hasn't been already.

CS:GO, Half Life Collection and Valve Collection will all be on sale at one point or another during this Summer Sale.
Other games i'd recommend are: X-COM; Enemy Unknown, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, The Witcher 2, Hitman Absolution, and Skyrim obviously.
Unrelated, but Dragon Age Origins + Awakening and Mass Effect Trilogy were recently on sale @ GMG for about $12 combined; I picked it up right away

How often does stuff in the daily deals repeat?
if I don't buy XCOM/Farcry 3 now. will I get another chance?
edit:
**** it
I now have
- HL pack
- Far Cry 3
- Blood Dragon
- Dark Souls: prepare to die edition
- Mirror's Edge
I'll buy XCOM from a winter sale or next year or something. I know too little about that game right now.
I think I'm gonna put something of a ~5 euro daily limit from now on.

Ah god. Banished and AoE:HD D:
buying AoE feels so pointless when I already have the original with CD's but it doesn't exactly function great on a new PC. also kind of want the expansion and enhanced multiplayer

Banished is still kinda expensive even with the 50% off

This requires meditation ̄`__´ ̄
meditation complete:
- **** aoe, feels like a scam =.=
- will wait 5 hours with banished till I feel less bad about spending money and then spend money.

Awww yis.
next community pack will have bastion and I also just bought the classic fallouts (warning: the pack is more expensive than buying them seperate). That covers 2 out of 3 games that I had actually planned...
edit:
yis yis, CS:GO sale. bought. 3/3 set goals complete.
If all goes well I might not spend more money... maybe... hopefully...

tempted to get dishonored...
is just the base game ok? or do the DLC's add something relevant to the main story?
edit: got base game :/
this type of game doesn't really strike me as one where getting DLC really adds a lot

Yeah, DLC wasn't that important. I got what I wanted out of the base game.
