Now combine this with the Oculus Rift

As awesome as the concept is, I doubt it will ever get out there. It may reach its goal, but I'm quite unsure if developers will ever start developing games that can send the correct outputs.
Especially considering that only a very few people will own a device like this.

That being said, the idea is still simply awesome, and would do very well together with the Rift, as you said!

Quite a nice thing, but I think you'd also need it on legs and you should be standing up then, also in the case of an fps, you should use that gun controller.
