See they already have the movie script ready but are unsure of how well it will do. So instead they turned it into a video game and added some zombies, that way if it does well they can go ahead with the movie

That's like a better version of The Road. I kind of liked that movie except for that fucking annoying child he travels with. How he got through all those months listening to that ungrateful whining little shit and not kill him is a mystery to me.

He also kind of looks like Dylan Mcdermott

Because Naughty Dog (company who made this game, as well as the Uncharted Series and Crash Bandicoot etc) makes games only for Playstation.

Naughty Dog is fucking awesome. First for Uncharted, then for being PS exclusive, and now looks like this will be another winner of a game. Can't wait.

Crash Badicoot and Jak and Daxter were my favorite games growing up.

Also, I think I played this demo like 4 or 5 months ago it was pretty fun, if I'm thinking of the right demo.

Playing it atm just gotten to "Winter", trying to finish it before I go back to BCT. Its great so far.

Gonna have to watch a LP of this because I don't have a PS3.

A month or so ago, I forgot about this, and at that time I decided no more PS3 games cause PS4. Never has my resolve been so tested.

I watch a series on youtube. Its kinda like watching a movie and does look good. I would buy it if i had a PS3

I will probably buy it later when it drops to around 30$ again though, just to own it

This game was amazing. I don't really play games too often but I'm glad I played this one. It had action, stealth and even some tense and frighting moments. I don't think I've ever been so wrapped in a story as I was in this game. I really cared for the characters, even the ones that weren't there long. I almost fvcking cried. I can't say that about any other game I've ever played.

Stalkers act pretty much like runners. Except they kinda look like clickers and are more easily distracted by sound and they can track you a lot better than derpy runners.

Just finished my first survivor play through and I have to say that the game was much more enjoyable without being held back by the super hearing. The game also felt more "real" because of the lack of supplies at every turn. All the shivs I used were only for shiv doors and I still managed to miss a door near the end.

My sister bought the game for my brother as a gift on the PS store. So I basically got this game for free. IMO, the game is decent but I can't even bother finishing my first playthrough. Unfortunately, I'm really not a story guy, so this game was not for me. The gameplay is no where near all the hype around this game (even my ultra-gamer friend said this is the best game he had ever played, like wtf?).

So yeah, overall a decent game but far far far far from a GOTY award for me, may be too story-focused. This game is really a hybrid between resident evil and heavy rain. Unfortunately more on the side of heavy rain, the gameplay is lacking intensity and...fun

What are you on about? The gameplay is amazing, there are so many ways to go about each encounter!

If that was directed to me, I'm playing on Normal.

And even if I was playing on Easy, what's your point? If playing in survivalist means you have to go about each encounter using the same strategy and therefore making the game boring and repetitive, then why the **** would you not tone it down to have more fun?
