Mordin confirmed to be in ME3. The guy played using voice commands so you can play through the whole game not having to press a single buttion. Also, showed Shepard using a new weapon, some type of plasma sword which he used once he got in melee range.

But yeah, forgot to mention that, some sort of Orange plasma Sword came out of his Wrist/Gun when he got in Melee range.

Can't say I've been closely following the news around the TR game, but it looked pretty good. Good enough for me to consider getting it.
Glad to see Mordin return. I spend some effort dragging him through the suicide mission lol. Curious about that melee thing you both mentioned before. Glad it was more about the voice command thing and not really about ME3 itself. I would have been livid if I missed that.
Hope to see more of Max Payne 3, Thief 4 (!!!!!!!!), Mass Effect 3, Assassin's Creed: Revelations and anything Resident Evil. Silent Hill: Downpour seems interesting too. Some new exclusives would also be more than welcome, the 360 has only lost them lately.
Ahh I love Peter Molyneux. Broken promises or not, the guy is so enthusiastic about his work, talks straight from the heart.

You still have to use a controller to look around aim and shoot.
You can just tell tactics to your teammates, and do chat dialouge.
Lol @ the fable demo, the guy ringing the bell started ringing it faster.
Minecraft kinect... hmm hows that gonna play out.

The People Scanning looks awesome, and i feel like a lot of people will really enjoy that.
Object capture. Hmmmm, i don't know how much fun that will be, but cool non the less.
Finger Tracking, definitely looked cool, and the 3D effect, gave it that boost.
