Perfect World International - Anyone playing?

Well Zelos got my hopes down since I can never log in, so I'm trying Perfect World International and I was wondering if anyone was playing it and in which server.

Most people who left MY-PW who went to IPW have now gone back to MY-PW 
I know its messed up, but MY-PW now has a lot of people on 
(sad face for lag)

I am downloading PWI right now, as i miss the game and wont to give it another go.
