Final Fantasy XIV Open Beta

In preparation for the official release of FINAL FANTASY XIV on September 30, 2010 and the early release on September 22, we will be starting an open beta test to help put the finishing touches on the game. We ask that all users who can participate in the open beta test apply from the following website.

1.Access the following URL.
http://entry.ffxiv.com/
* The page will become accessible starting at 19:00 on Aug. 31, 2010.

2.Log in with your Square Enix account and have a registration code issued.
* Depending on the access status, we may temporarily suspend the issuance of registration code. If you cannot have registration code issued, we ask that you please wait a little while before trying again.

3.Register the registration code you received by e-mail on the Square Enix Account Management System.
Click "Select Service" from "Services and Options" on the left menu. Select "FINAL FANTASY XIV" from the services available and then "Add a service account." Enter the registration code you've been issued and proceed to the end of registration.

- Client Software Used in the Open Beta Test
The installer for the open beta test’s client software can be downloaded from the following website.
http://entry.ffxiv.com/

They email you the Beta Site. That's where you dl it. https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/
When you log in, do NOT press next. Let it log you in automatically, or try again.

I don't understand why my account doesn't work. I registed that code i go to https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/ then i login, Login is currently running, than this stupid mesage 'The FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test Site can only be accessed by those who have been granted Beta Test accounts

I needed to replace NA with EU, but the email send me the NA address, even if the the account was made in Eu.

Now i downlaod the client, can i enter in game?

I've registered and did all the stuff in acount management but.... Where the eff do I download? Can't find it

mehh screw that so many problems... I log in then for like 3 secs there's that page where i can press next, I wait and then it just returns back to the main page.

Strange. I didn't have that issue except once. idk how good it's gonna be even. I'm looking for a new game that I can play steady.

Im guessing your connection speed is kinda slow. I only get that "Next" page less than a second and then redirect to me to the Control page.

Strange. I can't dl the update =[ stops at 0.2%
There's a reason it's called a beta I'm sure, but this is stupid.
