Cod 5 Map Packs (XBOX 360)

(XBOX 360) My bro got all the map packs for cod 5 when they came out on his account. We use the same hardrive but it says i dont have the map packs and when i try to download them it says i must pay microsoft points....? But on all other games he just buys them and i play them on my account.

because its account based otherwise you just download it once and transfer the files to all your friends so they have the map pack for free.

You can use downloaded mappacks on all accounts on the same harddrive. But check the description, maybe it says something else there although I doubt it.

I have 2 accounts (1 semi shared but it's on my hdd) and I can play downloaded expansions from gta 4/dlc for mw2/halo 3 mappacks (before we got that mp disc with odst) on both accounts while I only paid for them on 1.

You can also try to have him delete and redownload them, maybe something went wrong but as someone said it should work.

Their whole anti-piracy shit really only hurts the legitimate players ><' I have some downloaded content that I can't even use/play unless I'm connected to the internet... MS FTL again... If I pay for something I should be able to play it whenever I wish.
