Because it's a modern retake on the old one? That's why they're recycling the name. =P

This actually looks pretty sick. I like the fact it's the same name. Rather have a new name, than a diff name and make it look like they are copying the whole game from an older one than just the title.

This made me think about NFS Underground which I really enjoyed. Gonna acquire that tonight

I loved Hot Pursuit more than any other NFS game they have ever made. Why? I dunno I just always loved the idea of you chasing the person or getting away from the cops. It was a genius idea and it made me confused when they made a huge leap of HP2 to Underground. Don't get me wrong, Underground was a good game.

Does make me want to go find my Hot Pursuit 3 and play it...so much fun.

Finally I can do this in a game too!

Tried this the other day, went 5 races in and decided it was shit. There is no feeling to the game at all, the lack of proper physics is annoying. And it didn't feel half as fun as the old NFS pursuit classics

Will be waiting for Shift 2 I guess

IDK, i get tired of these racing games after about a week, but it'd be cool if they'd maybe make a plot to it, not just picking random races.
