Ok well, I'm thinking about buying a ps3 with either GoW:III or Uncharted 2 but I'm wondering, is it smart to play GoW:III without having played the first two? Will I get the story or will it just be a lost experience.

If I should play the first 2 before playing the third I'll just get the trilogy later or something.

imo buy god3, unchearted 2 is something like alan wake.

get the pack with GoW 1&2 for ps3, its remastered for some hd, they come ina bundle for like $40 USD maybe? idk

They have Trophies as well which is pretty cool

God of War 3 cause beating down shitz with your bare hands is always fun!!!

My opinion:
Gow1: best story of all three gows
Gow2: bleh, but I seriously wanted to play gow3 since I wanted to defeat zeus:D
Gow3: is a bit dissapointing I think. It has cool graphics and all, but I only care about the story line:D

If I need to make a decision it would go to gow1

It's not which of the three, I'm asking if you should have played 1 and 2 to be able to follow the story properly in GoW3.

Yes.. you should play 1 and 2 if you really want a full cinematic experience its like watching the last part of lord of the rings you know whats happening but you don't really get engulfed into the movie. If you play both gow 1 and 2 you will really enjoy 3

If they make a good movie of this game I will be so happy

No I'm just not a playstation guy, I was a Nintendo guy (more like boy haha) till the Xbox with Halo came out.

And ok, I'll get Uncharted 2 and some other exclusive first and later see into getting GoW I/II/III ^^

I played god of war 3 but not 1 or 2 so I think 3 is awesome!
