Hey everyone, I've been looking for a good single player game to play, as I'm pretty bored and not in the mood to play any MMOs.

I don't care what genre it is, I like RTS, FPS, free-roam, RPG, etc.
I don't care much if it's old or new, but please nothing with totally abysmal graphics(something like Hl1 graphics and above, unless it's an RTS.) I'd give more specific preferences, but It really doesn't matter to me right now.

Just Cause 2, Bioshock 1/2, Wolfenstein

Age of Mythology + titans expansion
Halo 1/2
Thief 1-3
Machinarium
Warcraft 3
Tzar ?
Heart of Darkness
Evil Twin
Silver
Prototype (story isn't perfect, but the game is quite fun)

GTA San Andreas
Prince of Persia all games. Pick POP: Sands of Time if you like puzzling, pick any of the other titles if you prefer fighting.
Max Payne 1/2

Shooters
Half Life 2
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1/2 (both have outstanding single player campaigns)
Any other Call of Duty/Medal of Honor game really
Wolfenstein (new version)
Painkiller (if you feel like just fucking shit up)

I used bold for which game I think is better if it's like two of the same games.
Anyways, I have a closet full of games right behind me (I've actually bought a great deal of my games too) full of other games and ideas, just tell me which ones you like and maybe I know more games in that category.

Try this new game called World of Warcraft, I heard its all the rage and its an mmo so I'm sure its right up your alley.

Haha that happened to me once, it was on the ship mission.

I killed one of the guards and while i was dragging him into a room, somebody saw me; so i had to kill him too and dragged him into a room and something saw me again, etc. etc. In the end, I just ended up killing literally everybody on the ship

Nah just playing, its total shit.

I'd say Mass Effect 1 and 2 are very good SP games. If you like sci-fi, that is.

I love the Mass Effects. However I thoroughly beat both already =P.

Well if you're into stealth then Splinter Cell is an absolute must.

I played Conviction, but I didn't like it much. It seemed a bit too much like a normal shoot-em-up.

The very first splinter cell is very stealthy, the more the games progressed the less stealth they became. Same for prince of persia really (but those games became more fighting than puzzling instead of stealth)

Rapelay. It's a +18 game. You can rape girls in that game
