Was hoping for the vietnam rumor. Either way Treyarch supported WaW way better than any other COD, so hope they will continue now, BC2, MW2 all sucked ass so hopefully something good will come of it

From what I know this is about the Cold War in Vietnam. You will play as a British SAS during one of their rescue attempts in Vietnam in 1980.

Dedicated Servers will be back.

Nazi Zombie mode will be back also.

I personally would wait if you like the first COD MW for the next game the duo comes up with when they release it with EA instead of Activision.

I agree that most likely it will be, but given their experience hopefully they know by now what consumers are looking for and will stick some of that in the game. I highly doubt this game will blow especially since all COD games have great sales....

And a lot of people say how it is going to be exactly like the others... and that it runs on the same engines. Assuming it'll be same "shit" 6 hour campaign... They have used the same engine for a long time and they done much updating it. Unlike the Source Engine you can do so much with it and guess what? Valve and mod makers go out of their mind with it. IW does not. They just plug in models and textures. Release and it sells.

Modern Warfare was good. Modern Warfare 2 is the same the first. Of course it would sell. Nowadays you make anything pump out enough ADs and it sells.

I never said shit campaign. I said 6 hour campaign. All CoDs so far have had extremely short campaigns, and considering the (totally scripted, linear movielike) nature of CoDs, I don't think this one will be any different in that aspect.

Am not going to pay 50€ for 6 hour war movie. If the singleplayer is totally awesome, I might.. acquire the game. But not going to pay for it, not anymore.

Actually Mw2 Went above CoD : 4 Regardless, still the same CoD. It has a total of 3 games in the top 10! ... and this comes from IGN. A very trusted gamer news source.

So even if they did use the same exact Engine as WaW, then it would probably be a great game and best seller.
