So I've got a quick question. My friends tell me that I shouldn't buy an xbox arcade due to the limited hard drive. What exactly does this mean? Like how will it affect my gaming experience and what not?

I jusdt got one of these.

It comes with 256mb built in, you can save games, and dl small demos.

If you want to buy games online and dl bigger demos or install a game to your HDD, youll have to get one of those for like 60 bucks extra I think, if you don't buy the other one that comes with it anyway.

Other then that, it won't effect you playing games, unless they have some big DLC you want, then your kinda screwed ;d.

Oh okay. Yeah I feel like the biggest disadvantage would be not being able to install a game onto my HDD. I hear that by doing so it helps take off some of the strain on your 360.

Oh and what's a DLC? = p

couldnt you just install a different harddrive in? or use a external one

Downloadable Content, addons and stuff, new maps, ect.

It's not that expensive to pay a little extra for a 20 GB HDD. That's enough to install a bunch of games and keep your saves and other things like avatars et cetera.

Really depends if your gonna be downloading alot of DLC, like the 3 map packs for COD WaW were like 800mb, 850mb, 900mb close to that, and the AC2 DLC that I just downloaded was 800mb I think so, choose depending on your gaming needs. I'd say if your not in a hurry just save another $100 and buy the Elite totally worth it.

Just get the GameStop bundle I sent you. -.- Don't get an Arcade, it doesn't come with a mic which sucks.

Buy an elite. You get like 120G of hard drive. I probably won't use it all, but atleast I know I have loads of room for whatever I want.
