L4D2 players are ass-hats...

I know it's not everyone, but god dam. Played this game for a few days now and every single game i've been in, people are dicks.
They either run insanely far ahead even when I tell them I'm new and just started playing or they hog all the first aid every round.
What's more annoying is every time I miss something or if I'm the last one surviving, since I got lost, they'd call me a noob/idiot than nerdrage...
I don't remember l4d being anything like this. When i started ppl were always nice and explained what each zombies were. Even now I'll get on and if some newb is in game we usually help them survive...
What happened with l4d2...

Kid/trolls got bored of l4d1 went to l4d2 cause of new stuff and do the same old stuff even tho theres new tactics in this game that needs teamwork. Thats one of the reasons i quit with every1 in a different spot on the level, then we get owned.

When I played LFD there was a few annoying kids but most were cool esp the people who were achievement hunting.
When my wifi gets fixed I'll get LFD2.

L4D1 allowed camping. L4D2 doesn't. Plus everyone loves rushing because it's funny.

Nothing is funnier than leaving the newbie to be lost in the map, than have all 3 "experienced players" get smoked, pounced, and charged, then spam me for help, but o wait, I can't cuz i don't know where the **** everyone is to save them.

Playing on Pc or 360?
I have played L4D & L4D 2 since both of them came out on xbox 360 and I have had maybe like 2% of the games I've played being with douche bags...
Maybe I'm just lucky but I most of the time just join public games (all my friends play Modern Warefare 2 all the time <,<) and have a good time..

Wait, a public game on the 360 has good people? I thought LIVE was full of 13 year olds nerdraging about the smell of black people and the various ways they would like to enforce their love of the Nazis and the KKK.
anywayyy. I agree with OP, L4D2 isnt the same as L4D1. The community on L4D2 is just that, a bunch of 12 year olds that want nothing more than to **** up a good game, while those that played L4D1 actually gave a shit about where the game was going and played to make it a game that welcomed new players.

I find that people in versus only nerdrage if you are awful at the game itself. For instance, if you shoot at a smoker with pistols while standing next to a person being smoked, they will rage. Otherwise it's not too bad.

I love Lfd2. I liked L4d better but what can you do? Most of the time I can get some really cool people to play with. I would recommend avoiding people without mics at all costs. When everyone can communicate it makes the game so much better

Lol. Most of the people I've played with in L4D 1 were pretty nice. We usually gang up on the asshat of the team and kill him until he ragequits.
