Just started can anyone help?

i just started the DL for it and was wondering what would be a good server to go on( i Live in the USA)
Also if anyone can help me when i start

for USA, choose the Billows (USA-East) server. that's where
most people from srf are. if you start out on that server,
and on realm 15, you will find lots of people from DarkOath
alliance, that's an alliance where a bunch of srf people
including myself are in. talk to any of them you see running
around.

i made a character on The Billows and went to realm 15 but i lagged a lot..is there a way to lag less?
Nvm i restarted my computer and its better now

yeah, restarting computer every few days and defragging helps with the lag.
