whats do you think the best class is? and why? i think sorc is =P only thing is when u get into hell and nightmare monsters are immune to cold, fire and stuff =[

Hammerdin, smiter

By myself i prefer smiter, with good equip you won't ever drop below 80% health.

(btw. is it only me or is D2 the only game were paladins are not the "gay-ass-class")

I played a fire sorc and I loved it

Necro was fun and good to play through normal and nightmare difficulty, but through hell difficulty the minions become useless and there you go, over 20 points you spent in them wasted like that.
Lately I've been playing modded version of Diablo 2, a mod called Median XL. Made me get back into the game, and it's such a refreshment, all skills being changed, new mobs, new caves, new items and everything. Very fun.

I had a summoner with very good gear and it did great in hell difficulty.

I cant remember the names / skills that i used but i'm pretty sure it was pure summoner and i was able to do baal runs with it.

D2 is all about PvP and minionmasters blow at pvp unless you hack and have auto tele. Something I don't condone.

With that said, my favorite was fire sorc.

In PvE you blow everything up and get a merc with eth bonehew (can take out groups of fire immunes in hell no problem).

In PVE you just shift + cast everywhere and 1 hit things. Against ele druids and melee casters, you just back yourself into a corner and cast meteor on top of yourself over and over.

I was just talking about D2 with my friend today =P I lost my CDKey but I'll get the game "from da streetz" =P I'll probably just play the storyline again.

Had a LAN Blizzard (D2 & DoTA) game party @ my friends house last weekend..

I dont play this game anymore but back when i played i had
a 99 cold sorc with frost nova.
I would go into the cow level (LoD wasnt out) and cast 2-3 frost
nova in a cow group and kill them all.
I had pretty much the best stuff, if i remember correctly my spells
were like level 37-38.

i have a mf summoner and i can easily take down bosses naked. right now im making a light sorc for mfing.

hammerdin and fire/light sorc i also had a 94 trapassin and pretty much kickass. those are my 3 fav chars, ofc when decently geared ^^ for example 0 str on hammerdin and still being able to use enigma AP and zaka upgraded ^^

I can't wait for diablo 3 to come out

I had level 70sorceres but then i just lost i don't know what happened then i made necro and it was getting boring then i now made ice sorceres level 55 its very good

Necro ofc. I haven't played in ages, and I had a lvl 67 necro or something. Shame my hard drive got replaced, and I lost it all. I have like all unique parts, and the best armour in the game (Tyrael's Might)

you didnt play closed b net? its like the same thing but saved stuff on a account and online :> thats where i played

Yeah and thats a lame B.Net mode. Everyone would use Hero Editor,gets Lv.99 on their char,max items and stuff and play on the Closed B.Net.

no... you cant do that on closed b.net
closed bnet has its own seperate characters,
open is where u can use the ones you use in the campaign

paladin smiter for hard stuff
hammer for easier stuff but goes faster

titanzons own nightmare. even with players set to 8. but i had a hard time in hell.

Any tips about item build of pure vita pvp boner? Still not sure about it... hoto+shako or nice white+2/20 circlet...
