fps problem

Well since I got my new graphics card my games have been running weird. They would always run at lower than 10 fps. My old vid card(which was worse) could run them at 50+. So I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them. It sort of worked. I could play any of my games fine for about 30-40 mins (plus or minus a few minutes) until the fps dropped to about 5. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, and it went back to being fine for the first minute then going below 10 fps. >.<
I would really like some help with this.
My Specs:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz
3.5 GB RAM
GeForce 9400 GT Graphics card
DirectX 9.0c
16.7 GB Disk Space

Hmm weird problem.
With multiple games right? That means it's definitely hardware related.
One of the things that you just HAVE to do, is get the latest drivers off the website, instead of from the CD. Did you do this?
If that doesn't work, try re-fitting your graphics card. Check whether it properly fits in the PCI-E or PCI slot. And if that doesn't work, I'm thinking your card is just broken mate.. manufacturing error maybe.

I suggest you to make video card configuration, with it i have 100 fps all the time, without it 30 only ;( anyways gl

Did you install it correctly?
Like, make sure you plugged in the auxiliary power cable that most newer video cards need?
That will bog you down pretty hard, as will any power issues.
