Halo Ce multiplayer Issue

Hey guys I got a problem in halo ce.
I cant host any games cause if i do it will just keep saying negotiating connection to server. People can see my server but they cant join and i wanna know if anyone here knows how to fix this problem

I've never played Halo so I wouldn't know, but it sounds like the same thing that would happen in starcraft if you didn't forward your ports.

Hmm i always thought this problem had to do with my isp :\.

http://portforward.com/Find your router and then find halo, it will tell you what ports you need to open and how.
