I love all Metroid Prime games and just thinking about being able to play a game

I suppose the bad graphics are to satisfy the old-school fans?

I don't get it. MP1 and 2 were for the Cube, MP3 for the Wii. Wii's graphics are so so, personally they look the same. And the graphics for all 3 games are damn good. Why would they make it just for Wii controls? I would have liked to see Super Metroid remade in the FPS way or at least the new series of Metroid come out.

You can't appreciate the graphics unless you're actually playing the games. MP never looks good on youtube, there's always too much stuff going on.

Either way, Metroid will always be one of the greatest series ever in existence.

If your referring to Metroid Prime 1 then yes compared to now it is quite out
dated, but keep in mind that at the time (2003) they were state of the art and
nothing on the PS2 or Xbox even came close to it, very ground breaking for a
NGC game.

As such all this really is, is a port of MP1 + MP2 over to the Wii with Wii
control scheme (think Resident Evil 4: Wii addition). As such it would of been
costly to update the entire games graphics (would of meant remaking the game
again). And given how Retro studios no longer have the rights to make Metroid
games (now given to Project M by Nintendo). This is just really an anthology
pack made to show their appreciation towards the fans who supported them.
