Eh like wtf!!!
Why can't my friend from Malaysia and Phillipines play?? tells them wrong region!!
I'm from Singapore and i can play lol

Some IP's are banned, and have to play on localized servers if im not mistaken. For example, right now im in Indonesia and i can play fine

Well thats shit man...half my friends are from philly and malaysia ><
Here's something i found
It's blocked in PWI and ES so I would assume it will be in JD as well.
China
Hong Kong
Japan
Macau
Malaysia
North Korea
Philippines
South Korea
Taiwan
Turkey
Vietnam
Those are the blocked regions of PWI and ES.
Hope they don't plan on blocking Singapore!
