Hey guys, I already got a character started but haven't added any skills or stats. Anyways im looking for something that has a similar style of play to Silkroads 2handed warrior or Perfect Worlds AXE class.
Something with lots of HP, melee class and maybe aoe skills... any suggestions or guides i can read?

Thank you ^^

a question, does anybody know if there is a more
offensive skysong build? because i'm atm saving
my skillpoints a bit (i esper with just esper skill
plus my normal attack anyway, just adding to heal
and res skills and buffs). i'm wondering if i should
add some attack or debuffs from lvl 75 and onward.

eh, i'm already a vim... when did we choose our class? i don't even remember when i chose it lol!
Anyways few noobie questions...
1. Is there no stat points in this game?
2. Do vim's have any aoe skills?
3. Will i be able to max all my skills at lvl 150(lvl cap i suppose?) or should i choose wisely?
4. At higher levels do you guys do alot of party leveling or is it solo leveling all the way?

Thanks once again!

Vims are tanks and base damage dealers, thats it. No AOE, the only AOE i've seen is the one in tier 3 or 4 I think, and its only a stun effect AOE. Skysong looks like a pretty good AOE class

1. Yes, you get 1 skill point per level. 1 skill point = 1 skill/upgrade.
2. Possibly a couple at higher levels. Not sure.
3. Choose wisely. Not enough points are given to max all skills.
4. Dungeons give massive exp and require party play to get through them.

Lupin would be the other alternative. However they don't tank as well, theyre damage is higher though.

Edit: In this game you won't get an exact two hand warrior. Lupin is the high damage with low defense while Vim is the low damage with high defense. Each class gets different defense and bonuses.

Vim is fun. im following the guide that KeyJ posted. im lvl 45 now so new tier. :D

but this class doesn't do much damage. i do almost the same damage with my normal attack as with my first skill...

i'm following that vim build pretty closely, so none of my attacks are maxed out.

Depends on you. If you're wanting more of a support, you can just max heals (more towards the later tiers) and the tomes improving those or you can have one that has PvP rounded techniques...

There's like 13 required skills, if you wanna fare decently in PvP, those being:

Passives ~

Boghi Tree : Increases HP / SP
Soul Mirror : Increases DEF
Guardian of Earth : Increases max crit strike damage

Attacks ~

Sea of Sorrow : AoE that decreases target's SP
Lotus Pluck : Increases AP each hit (3x) and decreases target's ACC
The Six Cycles : Increases AP each hit (6x) and can cause random negative effect
Sayings of Boghi : Increases AP each hit (4x) and decreases target's HP for 4 secs
Immeasurable Truth : AoE increasing AP each hit (3x), increases all RES, sleeps targets for 15 secs, decreases target's RES, and increased chance to crit.

Blessings ~

Infinite Mercy : Increases HP
Boghi Protector : Increases DEF
The Four Elements - Earth : Increases Stun RES
Passage of Salvation : Increases Damage
The Four Elements - Water : Increases Paralyze RES
