Thats a + or - for SRO?

Silkroad does have something about it that make me want to start playing again. After I quit I couldn't play any other MMO again. Even Cabal seemed stupid when I compared it to SRO.

I'm glad I only got to level 24 in sro. Got boring after a while with not being able to log in and no one to speak to.

True, sro gameplay > any other MMO.
But yea, sro = Joymax + really shitty overall community, which results in no1 really being able to enjoy the game, even though its a great mmorpg

SIMPLICITY? SRO has one of the most complex skill planning systems (compared to other games) I've ever seen. I only found out about SP Farming when I was like level 20, then I found out it would require all eternity of grinding to get the amount of SP I needed.

Paradox detected! Silkroad is not a good game.

How's the skilling complex >.>

Higher gap = more sp

Easy easy.

thats farming. Picking what to have masteries be with a maximum amount possible and so on would be the skill planning.

The skill system is ridiculous. Taking people a few months to FF is retarded. Especially with the lack of end game content, i dont really see the point.

everyone is brainwashed :p

That's even easier than understanding the quadratic EXP gain effect..

If these days picking skills from a 300 maximum cap is hard I'd hate to see other games..

florensia

its a cartoon type graphics but game play isnt bad
there is no farming because you get 1 skill point per lvl and leveling each skill cost 1 point, so you have a limited number of skills you can end up with so you have to pick what ones to take (take all but low lvl or few but high level)

it has alchemy too, but no jobs like sro
has active mods that talk to players too, also if high level camps low level monsters (they have uniques too) the high players will be reported for harassing low levels if the low levels are after the unique and not in high level party (basically there is a level preference to who gets dibs on monster, if no one is around high level can camp it but once its target level players show up the high levels have to back off)

Cabal has mindless grinding and no real end game thus you could play that.
From 110 - 150 you'll be doing the same and the last 20 levels only add minor boosts imo and aren't really needed except for being the nutjob that's 170.

Tried out cabal.

Looking good at the start. Shit at the end.

No endgame but regulary updated. Till just a mindless grinding game though :banghead:

tried out Atlantica Online.

I would say its the best free game on the Earth ever. Still... I dunno why... but I lost my will to make my level over 38. I really don't know why, Its an awesome game and so, and I like turn based thing, I just though that there is no point on reaching higher and higher level, because the higher you get the more expensive it is to be good in pvp. So I made a lvl29 character for the lowest divisions , farmed gold for him with my lvl38 , and pwned everyone until I reached div15 ( max is div14 for me, which means lvl40+ strong characters) , and I found lvl35+ people as strong as me, so I couldn't go further with that too. At my final fight, I defeated a lvl43 character who was using double monk ( best pvp formation ) , and I thought.. I couldn't reach any better. So I stopped on the peak.

tried out Wow private servers .

Nice gameplay, best one is scapegaming with more than 20000 people. It was just... too buggy for me.

Tried out runescape membership .

Good for one month , but only for one, after it it's boring.

Now I am waiting for esro :)

You do know WoW private servers aren't even set up properly, right? Mobs don't use their skills correctly, if at all, casters are bugged and gimped...

I know I know. Actually... on scapegaming there are a lot of monsters set up correctly ( scripted ). I was fighing against mage bandits casting icebolt. Skeletons casted fire shield on themself, and got wtfpwned by skeleton warlocks who were using dark magic.
These were on the test server of scapegaming . Actually if things are working they update the normal servers in a few weeks. (except battlescape, blah still 2.4.3 -.- )

Their old world stuff is. Go do BC raids. Illidan was tank and spank on their server, and I assure you he's completely different on retail.

Ilidian was flying over us spamming a dark skill what dealt 8k damage to all of us. The Mother was doing the same but with 4k damages and made everyone fly.
Dungeons are scripted on every server except wowscape.(30X funserver)
I was playing on wowcrack (10X)

noone could kill Ili if all of these worked, because of the players have bugged skills too.
