Well am looking for any games (PC) where you play a monster / bad guy and can go around just destroying stuff and blowing crap up..like a godzilla game...but good

Well there is Rampage ofcourse
Also War of the Monsters comes to mind, for the ps2, I have a pretty kick ass demo of that game.
You fight against another monster in a small 3d map where you can use your surroundings to attack eachother, throw cars, buildings and helicopters, that's kinda thing.
There are tiny people running around on the floor that squash when you walk over them.

Hmm and there is Destroy all Humans 1 and 2, on the ps2, where you go around as this alien killing and abducting people, destroying stuff, doesn't include big monsters though.
For the PC I wouldn't really know though.
For destroying stuff you could look at Mercenaries 2 or Postal 2, badguy wise.

I don't think there exists a game where you can do exactly what you describe

well you aren't big, but I'd suggest Ultimate Spiderman.
if you play as venom you get to destroy and throw cars, eat people, kill cops (smash into ground, break back, eat, hit, throw off buildings). you can jump over 10-story flats and climb on the higher ones. you play on a pretty darn huge scale (queens). the more people you harm the more police comes, with annoying helicopters you can only destroy by throwing cars at (just like GTA crime system with *****). the only downer with this is that you gotta finish story-mode before you can play as venom freely.
the game has some of the best free-roaming I have ever seen, especially with spidy.

This game seems pretty cool even though it's not a huge monster, you can smash the aquarium walls to drown people and eat everything. Code: Select all

Black & White, you are a God and have a creature that grows and gets pretty huge, and you can eat people, and poop on their houses. One of my favorite games.
(It was one of my first games , when I was 8 years old. Crash Bandicoot FTW 
)
