I just got it for my pc, and wow, this game is awesome! Been playing it all day and it's so much fun. Been playing a lot of the zombie thing with my cousin and we can't get past lvl 9 =.=

What are your opinions on the game?

I really liked it and the zombie thing just pwns.
But still liked COD4 better.

Got boring real fast.

Online multiplayer (everything except co-op/zombies) is horribly balanced. Zombies is the only good thing about the game, and even then it's hard to find decent teammates.

I like it a lot too. I have it on xbox and pc.

And online on xbox is so bad now. Host left game. Cannot find host. Connection lost.. All that crap happens all the time. Never used to happen on Cod4.

Well, theres 2 zombie maps, i think you can get more... another new map pack coming out in the summer.

It's like CoD4 with a new, cartoonish look, and worse guns. Play CoD4 and you'll get an even better experience.

They feel a lot worse. COD4 guns feel much nicer and fun to use, dont just mean effectiveness.

I wanna go back to the time where there's no radar, no air strikes/dogs, no sprint, no 50 weapons and other bullshit. And especially, no Farking perks.

Wars and stuff can be good and all, but I'm such a sucker for pubs that I can't play something so stupid as the latest CoDs.
Bring back simplicity.

Meh, I have that too. IMO it was a bit boring. Solo play was just plain gay and Multiplayer got boring =\

I prefer WaW over MW too...I don't know why, I just like the feel of the WW's more I guess

Ahh too hard to explain. The guns are just nicer to use on Cod4.. shooting people is like.. more satisfying.

yeah that is a good point. the guns in WaW werent used in the real world, so its dumb for them to have them. they need a modern WWII game!

Usability of the guns is a huge factor too. In CoD4, the best guns were the starting ones pretty much. MP5 for SMG, M16 for AR, M40 for Sniper. In WaW, the Thompson is too weak, you don't even get an AR until the last gun in the Rifle class, and that gun owns. The Carbine is pretty cool, but like I said, it's way later in the Rifle class. The first sniper, the...Springfield? Is ugly and weak. Plus, for most snipers, you don't even start with a scope.

I don't want to be struggling with weak guns just to get to a gun at a higher level that is barely better.

Meh, I really like WaW's weapons. I mainly use rifles, usually the Arisaka or Kar98k. I like those guns because you have to make every shot count, not like a Thompson or MP40 where you just spam'em.

We are comparing two similar games in a series. I'm not trying to sway anyone towards one game or another.
