Battlefield: Bad Company

I was really thinking about the most fun I've had on Xbox Live, a game I really got into and loved online. And the definate winner for me over all is Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. I really just loved it. How you could take a helicopter down with a tank, half way across the map if you just could lead it right, flying the helicopter even (i sucked bad but still), and of course c4ing up a jeep and driving it toward a tank, jumping out and watch it thud against the underbelly, while the tank driver kinda freezes, wonderin what the hell I'm doin. then, boom

So, I know Bad company came out a bit ago, but curious if anyone plays it (X360) ? Mostly to tell me if its active or not on Xbox Live, or like just a handful ever play it. Demo was fun, curious how the rest of it is though.
I think also i heard a new BF is coming out though? If so anyone know how soon?
If anyone could help, or even recommend a game, would be awesome. I do Have CoD 4/World at War btw too.
