Don't you need a CC to use PayPal? If so, just buy some trough xboxlive....

No, you can have a bank account instead of CC.
Try any gaming store online or ebay. Personally I prefer cards to direct payment, this way I have no "contracts" as they have it, to worry about.
You know the "we'll keep billing you unless you cancel" thing etc.

If you got a bank account you can also just buy it directly on that.
I use bol.com for it or just in the store if I happen to be there and I need more XBL.

I only bought from there once. The 12+1 months is a promotion Xbox did a long time ago, but all the codes still work.
That guy must of bought alot of them to sell on. I think hes running low though, because they used to be £27.99 and now £30.99

And if you live in the US you should just go to the store and buy one.

Maybe not in Europe, but all the 12month cards I've seen, come with a bonus month.

I didnt relise OP was from U.S
It says on the website that he stopped selling there because of CCF. And i think Dom is right because my friend gave me a 3 months U.S card and i couldnt use it in England.
