Ok I'm probably going to buy this asap. 
Been playing the demo, graphs are awesome, gameplay is cool, co-op on demo is just ftw 
Discuss.

I <3 RE, ima get it and play with Sacch lol, I played the demo and it's cool and all but the controls felt kinda slugish and stuff, hopefully it's better int he real game.
They need to remake some RE games using the RE4 style, I want some more zombie action! Screw parasite stuff.

Thing about the demo, it's too hard.
I always run out of bullets. 
LOl my friend had RE4 and I used to sleep at his house, well actually I watched him playing RE4 the whole night, it's one of these games that I rather watching than playing.

Yeah. I want to play it again too, though only found some version where saves don't work. :/ Last time I played it was.. 8-9 years ago, or so. Sweet ol' memories.

Ya the guy with the big axe keeps kicking my ass too.
Really hoping for sluggish control fix for the final product as well.

Thats what killed it for me.. got tired of it. Loved Wii version of RE4.. hate xbox demo of RE5.

the demo was awesome I played it about 14534523452334 times and I killed the guy with the axe as both characters and even solo

Overall I liked the game/demo so far but it just doesn't feel like a survival horror. There's ammo everywhere, the AI is terrible, no ragdoll, a couple of the zombies look the same.

On August 27, 2008, rumors began circulating about a possible remake in the same style as the GameCube remake of the original game, to appear on the Wii. According to the rumors, parts of the game will use the same viewpoint as Resident Evil 4, with new story elements and a new knight-like creature. On November 13, 2008, during a interview with Jun Takeuchi on Eurogamer, Takeuchi talked about how after Resident Evil 5, he would like to remake Resident Evil 2.
checked the RE2 wiki a bit, and found this. I hope it's true. wee.

no pc version......even though the game was made first on pc, playable on a pc and then ported over 360 and ps3

you can't just shoot down every zombie you see..you either aim for the head or use the machete. and try not to miss the opportunity to stab, stomp, kick, or punch an immobile zombie (especially bosses). you can also go inside buildings to break some objects. some of the zombies even drop them. you can also give/receive ammo from your partner. not really that hard to figure out -- idk why people complain about running out of ammo all the time.

be grateful the PC version of RE4 was just AWFUL.
and to early post in this thread...RE4 did not have a rag doll and considering they
are using the RE4 engine i doubt this would have it as well.
