Long single play (PS3)

So Im looking for good adventure/RPG/action games with long single play on PS3. Cos I just bought Heavenly Sword and I was rather disappointed cos I went trough the game in 2 evenings. So I hope that you guys suggest me some good single player games with good story. (No FPS, sport games, fighning games or puzzle games)
Atm I only have Mirror's Edge and Heavenly Sword.

Far Cry 2 is pretty long and Oblivion mabe GTA IV

Hideo Kojima said you could finish the game in like 25 hours of gameplay if you're a pro

I have never played any MGS so I think it would be long enough for me.

MGS4 takes about 20 hours... my brothers and I finished around 20 hours for first time run through watching all the cutscenes.

Go for MGS4 when I first played thorugh it, it took me 4 days playing around 5-7 hours a day [

Of course it's better to play the previous MGS in order to appreciate and understand the whole story/concept of MGS4. Other than that, if you want to play MGS4 purely for the gameplay then it is pretty fun.

Yep, get MGS4. They have the best cut scenes and storyline imo. If you haven't played the other ones i suggest you wiki it or something because you would not understand a lot of whats going on and it wouldn't be as enjoyable.

I passed the demo and now Im HOOKED. Can't wait 'till I get the real game. I could feel the adrenaline pumping in my veins while sneaking. Thanks guys for speaking me into it.

Not that much...Sometimes I'd play Halo during the day, eat, then continue...So that's about 10+ hours...Online ftw.
Why did you get ME if you want a long game? xD Finished it in 5.5 hours O_o (on normal)
Anyway, not that much experience with ps3 games but MGS4 looks nice indeed, such a shame it isn't on the xbox (for now
). GTA IV is also worth it IMO.
