It's not like KotOR right? I saw a trailer yesterday, it reminds me of Dynasty Warriors, which is so not my cup of tea. I hoped they'd make a free roam adventure game with LotR.

I love LOTR BFME. Obviously this is going to be very different. I'll probably be getting this for my birthday which comes at the end of this month. That along with the CoH expansion.

i watched some show on spike about games the other night and they explained the whole game. and it is an open roaming game in some aspect. but also quests. awesome thing... you can be good and evil

there are a few diff types. one is the good vs's evil another is 1 player is Frodo who is holding the ring and the rest are ring wraiths and the wraiths must kill frodo.

But is this like a LOTR RPG? like the Third Age for ps2? Well that game was actually turn-based but I had lots of fun with it [: After playing the demo I must say I got kinda disappointed, I taught you had your own hero and you could like get new armours and skill, etc. It looks like it's not ]:

Doing the demo atm...Camera is annoying in the tutorial and it doesn't look that great IMO but not done playing yet, who knows : )

Multiplayer is pretty funny..Although the good side is a bit overpowered with those Ents. I'm pretty sure that the evil side has a similar thing, but I have no clue what that is haha (was like 3:15 am when I played so didn't play to long =.=)

Agreed, I thought it would enable you to purchase different armors and weapons, etc. etc, but they said its based on Starwars: Battlefield 2. By that, they mean exactly like it but with a LOTR feel; so no real customization ):

its like it cause its made by the same people. but it still looks pretty good. sucks you cant be evil till you complete the good story line.

Yeah S:BF1/2 were really great, I'll eventually put this game on the-list-of-games-I-need-to-buy
