After a year or so of inactivity in this game I decided to go back. I reinstalled the game and was all ready to start playing when I realized I no longer know my original log in. After trying everything I can think of, with everything being denied with the message this cd key is already registered to another account, I decided to submit a ticket. That was back in June, and no response yet, or to the other three I submitted.

What I want to know is if you can no longer access the account or the email for the account is there any way to retrieve it without wasting money on re-purchasing the game?

Yeah 2142 account retrieval is a pain in the ass and really really stupid. My friend had the problem when he reinstalled recently...ill ask him what he did to get it right.
