which feels the most like silkroad....you know without the 2940/3000 players being bots and the expensive tickets and avatars that u must buy not to be weak

Definitely not Perfect World. It's so different from SilkRoad. You pick yourself, Shaiya or Rappelz. Rappelz you have to pay a lot more then SilkRoad to be strong. Shaiya, I don't know. I played it for like 3 days and I quit

I don't like Lineage 2, It is almost opposite to Silkroad. Thousands of more clothing items and whatnot makes the game extremely complex. Silkroad was complex at first, so I thought - as it was my first MMO. I have played Last Chaos, Lineage 2, World of Warcraft, Warcraft, Space Cowboys (lol) Rappelz, Perfect World, and more since then, and I keep coming back to Sro.
Might I suggest ECSRO server?

I was going to suggest Entropia, but it IS the most complicated MMO for beginners, without a doubt. Plus you need to spend about $50 before you can start to play the game properly.
And if you want a game that feels like silkroad, why not play... umm, Silkroad?

I might try CABAL, on a laptop, with a touchpad. :O Does it have lower or higher spec requirements than SRO?

Lineage 2 - Gracia 2.
Joymax copied the elven areas, some Rune places, etc. They even added a big tree (Like the mother tree). Which pretty much makes up all of the Euro map >_> Even the purple euro chich with the ponytail has very similar looks/skin/hair color to one of the popular female kamael's, 'cept Joymax decided to give their version facial herpes.

Out of those 3 I would say Perfect World is the best.

Hmm just tried downloading Cabal and cant get over 40 kb/s. Pfft, maybe i'll try looking for a different game.

From my experience Cabal Online is the only game that felt a bit like SRO. Besides the camels and not being able to trade mall items they both feel just about the same.

Yeah but in cabal theres like a 170 cap or somthing.

the environment, at least whenever i play cabal i feel the map is too confined and cramped. also skill grinding is pretty bad too :S

I ended up getting Knight Online. I played it years ago and found it alright. Only reason i've downloaded it this time is i knew my laptop would be able to play it.
But.. i'm actually enjoying it. It had a whole new update where it all seems completely different to how it used to. The graphics are ok, not great,.. but then again i'm playing it on very low settings. Grinding isnt so special, but it seems its all done in parties. So far i've got to level 20, 8/8 partied from 4-20. People come along and actually talk to you, and they actually seem friendly on this game. Maybe i'm too used to SRO to be finding this so special.

ok I played rappelz til lvl 22 and it got really boring.....then I played shaiya to lvl 7 and its chat system drove me insane. I guess I'll try cabal again I don't like the skill animations in perfect world.

way too much stuff is appearing in that chat box and the stuff I type is delayed sometimes for a very long time

Rappelz good but gets boring fast and perfect world is just....not perfect really, just weigh the pros and cons between the two, or go to mmosite and find something new
