Anyone else plays? which is ur favorite character? and how do you upgrade your weapons?

i play, i like the pyro

upgrade weapons by unlocking achievments, iv got all the weps for heavy/pyro and medic xD

Dunno what kind of game it is...A shooter right? and didn't it come with HL2 or something? Or the Orange Box?

you should its hella fun i swear, not a serious fps so if you prefer to play hardcore you will not like but if you like to chill and have fun, not play seriously its a great game

I'll check it tomorrow...It's 30 euros on bol.com but I think I can get it cheaper in the mediamarkt hehe (if they even have it >.<).

well i had 5 achievements right now so how do i get better weapons now?

keep getting them, i cant remember how many you need to unlock your first wep i think its about 10

Do you need steam for it actually? Since I just saw you can buy it through steam. And if you do, does steam come with TF2? O_o

You need the achievements from each class.
There are generic ones, which I don't think unlock anything.

Basically, 5 won't get you anything, when you unlock something, it will tell you. Keep trying

I've got all pyro unlocks, 2/3 medic, and 1/3 heavy.

As for buying it, if you don't have half life 2, or portal, or whatever, just buy the orange box, its 30$ so its great value for money:

Steam is the 'content delivery system' if you wish. It's free. It has an online store. Wait...how can you NOT of heard of Steam?

Demoman, mechcanic FTW!!! i own with these, got unlocked weaps for pyro,heavy still need 1 more weap unlock for medic got the gun

Ofcourse I heard of steam...But if I remember it correctly you used to get it with HL(2) so I was just wondering if you'd also get it with the orange box >.<

you do get it with the orange box, you can download free from their website

its the best way to have your games though as it will automatically update them when an update comes

You'd need 12 (I think) of the PYRO achievements. It should be broken down for you when you look at the achievements you've unlocked.

I know my numbers probably don't add up but oh well, you get what I mean.

Uh, are you sure you installed it off the disc?

There is nothing on either dvd except a Steam installer. All the other stuff are icons etc...I wanted to install everything but he like crashed when he was preparing the portal stuff. So I decided to try out only TF2 which worked with the preparing, and after that he started to download >.<

I meant spy/soldier ftw, spy for surfing is win, takes down the sentry's so quick
