OMFG, all my friends are like "Brbz I gotz to go finish my next achievementz and get 5 more gamerpointsz"! I play live, i play cod4 on live, and I don't repeatedly watch campaign videos and try to get the fking intels!

I think it's a nice system to get a little bit extra out of your game.

Its microsofts way of getting crap games sold. One of my 'friends' (he's got a bit addicted to xbox) buys every single xbox game just so he can get the achievements.

Perhaps.
I like to go for the achievements too (after I finished the game in a relaxed way). It's just nice to have all the achievements of a game

But i only got my xbox a few days ago, so give me time.
And you can buy games and game add-ons with the points. For example, you can buy GTA San andreas for 1200 points. Buy a castle in Oblivion for 300 (i think, might be 350). I think you can HD demos and stuff too.
Im working towards the Wizards tower and Thieves den in Oblivion

And you can buy games and game add-ons with the points. For example, you can buy GTA San andreas for 1200 points. Buy a castle in Oblivion for 300 (i think, might be 350). I think you can HD demos and stuff too.

it works on guys better then girls, id so love a girl to hit on me with an opening line of my gamerscore is over 30k
