i like the 4 player co-op part of it cause then you don;t have and r-tard for a support character but the AI is still not that bad from valve. when i have the money i'll buy it.

I think he just didnt want to attract the attention of that zombie.

They're attracted by sound, which they have certain grenades louder then others that they mentioned sometimes are used to distract them. Light i think as he said just didnt wanna make them aware of them.

The Director which they developed in the game observes each character and how much they are encountered and attacked, and will adjust spawns accordingly in order to not let someone get bored but not make it so overwhelming constantly that they get burned out. Also randomly picks spawn points and triggers each time through, so wont be the same or really expected.

Also the Zombies have special class zombie bosses, all but one is playable. One has a 50 foot tongue which it will be on top of a building and grab someones neck on the street, suspending them off the ground and choking them, can also toss the person somewhere i.e. off a building into a zombie swarm. Another is a Tank which can throw cars and has a ton of stamina and strength, as you'd expect from the name. Hunter crawls on walls or the ground till its pounce is charged/prepared, then leaps straight for you and knocks you to the ground and begins to rip you apart. Another is this fat zombie that if it manages to vomit/spit on you, it will cause a swarm of 20~30ish zombies to spawn and rush that player targeting him/her.

The one not playable is a Witch which won't bother you unless you make her aware of you or harm her, she can 1 hit kill people but after use of the move it takes a while to recharge. But shes avoidable if careful.

Best part is, when playing against Player controlled zombies, they wont be labeled. So you won't know whats AI controlled and whats actually a player.

I seriously can't wait. Between this and Horde mode on GoW 2, im set.

Gotta love the look of the Witch, she must be rather bad ass too. Already got 2 of my old tactical gaming buddies with me to play this,so i wont have to worry about rambos causing trouble. We have already decided if some moron comes in hes designated bait.

Yea, couple of my friends are all set to play this. Brings back when me and my friend would do Zombie Survival on Halo 2. We'd survive forever because we worked so well together. I cant waitttttt. ><

Im rather sure its both...just wish you could actually view servers in game. You Can view them from steam though, only played it on my friends so there might be something idk yet.

Yea looks great. It's gonna be a big hit because they have so much billboard/poster advertisements everywhere. Just wait till they get commercials out. They gonna push this game like a blockbuster movie.

Im not hyped about this at all. from what ive seen its taken all the zombie survival mods and removed all the bits that made them enjoyable to me. I was going to try the demo to see how it is but until now i couldnt!

i dont understand why people who have pre-ordered the game get the demo first. Isnt the whole point of a demo for people to try the game to see if they like it? The people playing it have already bought it!

Played the demo on my xbox a while back...With 3 human bots and on easy. It was pretty funny but as I already suspected, not my game haha xD

Was walking a bit and saw that witch character (didn't know that then) so I attacked it...A sec later and I was being revived by a teammate rofl O_o

Ive been playing it a lot, the demo that is since i got it yesterday. Its a really great game, play it on expert and its really hard, you hit that car alarm your seriously screwed. Best bet is to run for the safe room. Really love it though. The tank is a bitch, and witch is a definite pain. Not to mention her eyes kinda freak you out. Just finished a COOP with some strangers, the witch was closer and they had their lights on and were making noise and it was pissing her off, one shot her and she came straight for me...last 2 maps before that we got gimped by 2 tanks. But such a fun game.

Not being able to play as a zombie in the demo sucks. Constanly being on the move sucks.

I prefer zombie survival games where your best bet for survival is to find a room where you can sit and hold the zombies back, and where ammo is very short so you have to conserve it, only shoot at zombies that are the highest threat and only when you know you are going to do some damage.

I just finished this demo. That was pretty fun. I love co-op games. Not sure if I want to spend $45 on it though.
