Which one should i buy ?

i have rockband 1
i dont have saints row 1 but my cousin have it and its good

GTA4 is better imo, and i like the fact that rockband 2 will have AD/DC in it's list of music to play including over 80 songs.

Lol idd GTA IV =/= Saints Row 2. I got it when it got released (last Friday here) and I like it alot...I'm playing alot of griffball atm since it's only this weekend but I'm sure I'll play alot coming week ;D I'm at like 36% now, there are some flaws but you can easily look past that

Saints Row 2, love the graphics. I saw the commercial and it influenced me.

Theres probably a million sports games out there but they're all the same game because they're about the same sport? No

You've only listed what they have in common, thats probably the only things they have in common

If anything, Rockband 1 and 2 are the closest to be same games, its just different songs

i meant the open world aspect based around violence not the "flaming ATV missions", seriously though no one wants to play ac/dc?? that had me sold pretty fast.

Lol...Both are indeed sandbox games but GTA IV is really serious with no fucking around and Saints Row 2 is all about over the top shit...Killing people as a cop with satchels/chainsaw's/RPG's etc etc? Or pooring menour (sp?) all over town as a side mission (to earn respect/cash)

If you want to compare GTA and SR2...You have to take like GTA:SA for it and not GTA IV.
