What do you expect man? This game is 6 year old and you want them to think up new birthday events?? When the existing ones are already great? Lol. For a game that doesn't even have a sub fee.

The full cost of all 3 games and the expansion = cost of subscription

We have high expectations for A.Net and for the most part, they deliver. This year's even is a cop-out. I can't say I blame them though, GW2 is nearly here.

Halloween is here, now if someone could post the day we need to show up for hats, it would be great.

edit: monday the 31st, they actually did a good job on the official page ( was afraid to read crap I don't care about for 20 minutes ).

Every 3 hours in kamadan and lion's arch after the festival king is done talking he will hand them out. So just leave your character afk in town near crowds and switch to the 2nd town 3-4 hours later.

Hats again today and tomorrow, every 3 hours.

If you park yourself in LA and are there when the event happens you can go to Kamadan and receive the 2nd hat 15 minutes later.
